Not About Race? Please!

Say it ain’t so, General!

Even Colin Powell has imbibed in the Saint Barack cool aid.  Here is why he’s voting for Obama, in his own words:

  1. Intellectual Curiosity
  2. Inspiring
  3. Inclusive
  4. Reaching Out
  5. Style
  6. Substance

It couldn’t be for these 2 reasons, could it?

  1. Revenge for Bush misleading on him about Iraq.
  2. They share the same skin color.

  1. so if a white man endorses another white man instead of the black man, is it safe to say that’s all about race, too?

  2. No. Its about experience. John McCain has tons of it. Barack Obama has very little. Remember what MLK said. Its about character, not skin color.

  3. so it’s about experience then. John Mccain has tons of it.

well Bush, Cheney, & Rumsfeld had tons of it – and how did that work out?

we can all thank Bush, Cheney, & Rumsfeld for clearly proving that “experience” isn’t the defining factor as to whether or not someone is going to do a good job.

  4. True. I think their foreign and financial policies are important.

McCain will stand up to Islamists and other nations who contest us. Obama is more like Jimmy Carter. He thinks diplomacy is a better option.

McCain tried to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (as did Bush), but the Democrats prevented it. That is why we have this financial and housing crisis now. Acorn pressured banks to give loans to unqualified borrowers, and Barney Frank and Chris Dodd prevented Bush from cracking down on them.

    Nice try.
